Pear yoghurt with cherry and dark chocolate granola topping

Serves 2

300 grams of 0% Greek yoghurt

1 ripe pear washed and sliced

2-3  tablespoonful/generous pieces of ‘cherry and chocolate granola’ topping  – please see recipe link:

Handful of cranberries or other dried fruit

Drizzle of Greek honey

Method:

Distribute the yoghurt evenly between 2 small bowls.

Add the sliced pear, granola topping, cranberries and a drizzle of honey.

Note: Honey should only be added if additional energy/calories are desired as this breakfast or snack is sweet enough.
